LOCK STEP: The Rockefeller Foundation’s 2010 Plan To Enslave the World Using Future ‘Plandemic’

The Elite’s Endgame Scenario Handbook features a pandemic, global lockdown, and increased surveillance, amongst other possible solutions to decrease the global population.

In May of 2010, The Rockefeller Foundation, along with the Global Business Network (GBN) published "Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development" (pg. 18) which uses game theory to map out different scenarios that both reduce and enslave the world's population, all under the guise of helping solve hypotheticals.

Though this document states it's simply "academic scenario planning" through philanthropic missions, the reader cannot ignore their tyrannical and totalitarian motives to enslave us all. This is, of course, after they are successful at diminishing the world's population through different extermination techniques.

Call them the Deep State, the Illuminati, the Bloodline, the Global Elite, Globalists, or whatever conspiratorial title you choose, but they ARE a select few who will stop at nothing to have world control and enslave the population. They have salivated for years over pushing to this current ENDGAME scenario we see playing out before our eyes with unwavering tenacity. They don't care if they take a few blows along the way, they have their eye on the prize and will continue full speed ahead if we allow it.

The New World Order is nothing new, and if any of you have been even remotely paying attention in the past several decades, you're aware of the plan to roll out a One World Currency, and One World Government.

"A world of tighter top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership, with limited innovation and growing citizen pushback."

Lock Step

In the Lock Step scenario, and speaking in past tense, they use a pandemic "unlike 2009's H1N1" - but rather one from an influenza strain that infects 20% of the world's population, killing 8 million - in order to plan out the various reactions in different political, economic and industrial sectors, and the issues that might arise as the pandemic spreads. They mention deadly effects on the economy with businesses shut down for months, broken global supply chains, famine, and disease pushing citizens to BEG for government surveillance and control.

BLOCKCHAIN AND BIOMETRICS

"...biometric IDs for all citizens," sound familiar?

ID2020 is described on the official website as "setting the future course of digital ID and navigating the associated risks is a challenge that requires sustained collaboration and global partnership." Sold to consumers as convenient, ID2020 is anything but.

The website further states, "In September 2015, all United Nations member states adopted the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, including their commitment to 'provide legal identity for all, including birth registration' by 2030."

Ahh, see..here's Agenda 2030 stepping in to tell us how they need to have us tagged like cattle. How kind and thoughtful of them. I'm sure there's no underlying agenda to collect our data, sell it to private entities or alphabet agencies, take all of our medical records and personal information and connect it to a blockchain or anything crazy like that. No, this is all for the US as a matter of convenience.

ID2020 isn't the first time we've seen Bill Gates connected to a biometric ID system. Aadhaar (Hindi for “foundation”), is the largest biometric identification system in the world and was highlighted in Bill Gates's Heroes in the Field: Nandan Nilekani which describes how this was first rolled out to the 1.3 billion citizens of India. Gates to this day defends the biometric ID system, claiming it does not impose on citizens’ rights to privacy.

India isn't the only current implementation of biometric ID systems:

ID2020 was used in tracking 35k displaced residents of Mae La Camp, Thailand

ID2020 was used in tracking 6k "disadvantaged households" who qualify for fuel subsidies

That was a fun little digital sidestep, but let's get back to their ENDGAME SCENARIO playbook:

This scenario curiously praises the (pretend in 2010, real in 2020) response by China, praising them for their mandatory quarantines and sealing off of borders.

The Lock Step Scenario also details their fantasy of enforcing the mandatory wearing of face masks and the checking of body temperature at entry points in different nations, airports, and other public venues like train stations or supermarkets. Sounds legit and certainly not authoritarian or dystopian in any way.

"Even after the pandemic faded, this more authoritarian control and oversight of citizens and their activities stuck and even intensified."

This reminds me of a 1992 quote from Henry Kissinger during one of their Bilderberg meetings:

"Today Americans would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told there was an outside threat from beyond whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will pledge with world leaders to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well being granted to them by their world government."

What should stand out to you most about this quote is that they don't care if they create panic through natural means or constructed lies. It doesn't matter to them how they reach their end goal, they want to be the ones ruling over whatever population is left after their attempts to decrease the population as much as possible. It's much easier to rule over a smaller group of individuals, and if those citizens are now ill, with lowered immune systems, they'll be much easier to control and less likely to fight back.

While citizens are currently battling an "invisible enemy," those who seek to profit from the pandemic are now front and center. All of a sudden we're seeing the same group of people telling us how to react, how close we can get to other people, and their plans to eradicate COVID-19 by ways of vaccines, surveillance, and testing.

Here we see a 2001 meeting of the minds with "philanthropists" who also have an unhealthy interest in eugenics.

This isn't rocket science. The Rockefeller Foundation is the same group that seated the U.N. and the World Health Organization.

In a 2006 press release, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation announced an alliance with The Rockefeller Foundation to "help spur the 'Green Revolution' in Africa".

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, along with its predecessor, the William H. Gates Foundation has donated billions to the World Health Organization and is only 2nd in donors following the United States. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation also indirectly supports the World Health Organization budget through its funding of PATH, the GAVI Alliance, the UN Foundation, and the Global Fund.

"Hailed for their ability to apply their business know-how and resources to solving the world’s global problems, ranging from poverty to climate change, they [Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and The Rockefeller Foundation] have been embraced by governments as a way to ease pressure on their own budgets and responsibilities."

The Gates Foundation, along with the World Health Organization, UNICEF, and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), deemed 2010 the "Decade of Vaccines" during the World Economic Forum held at Davos"designed to increase coordination across the international vaccine community and to create a Global Vaccine Action Plan," according to a press release on the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation website.

All this being said, the impact both The Rockefeller Foundation and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation have had and continue to have on the influence of global agricultural and food policies should also be noted. That's a separate article for another time, but certainly worth mentioning.

"..in countries where farmers are using their own seed saving networks, NGOs and aid donors should encourage governments to introduce intellectual property rights for seed breeders and help to persuade farmers to buy commercial, patented seeds rather than relying on their own traditional varieties."

What might be the cherry on top of all of this is while researching ID2020, I ran across an article by The New Humanitarian which was "debunking" anything nefarious going on with ID2020 and lumping it in the same category as "QAnon conspiracies, alt-right objectors to 5G telecommunications, and Christians considering apocalyptic prophecies such as the “‘mark of the beast’”.

Midway through the article is a small sentence politely tucked in between the paragraphs that read, "(Disclosure: The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is one of several funders of The New Humanitarian.)*"

I'm sure this can be used as a trusted source, much like Snopes, and the recent Facebook COVID-19 "fact checker" Dr. Danielle Anderson who just so happens to be a researcher at the Wuhan Bioweapons Lab. Seems legit.

Though I'm not sure that the COVID-19 outbreak is the end-times scenario some are making it out to be, nor am I convinced it is one of the plagues mentioned in Revelation, the Lock Step Agenda shows that we don't need something like COVID-19, exploding volcanoes, or other "invisible enemies" to enact such a plan. This is their plan, and unless we stand up for our own God-given rights, they will succeed.
